Class Descriptions

Line Dancing (Adult) - Looking for a fun low impact dance class. Why not try line dancing? Line Dancing is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps. Students will learn a different piece of choreography each week. This class is for everyone - no experience necessary. 

Ballet Barre Blast (Adult) - Always wanted that dancers body? This class is for you! Ballet Barre Blast combines traditional Ballet movements with the workout of a Barre class. Get ready to have fun while strengthening and toning those muscles. A class for every body - no experience necessary. 

Latin Fusion (Adult) - This class is guaranteed to get those hips moving. Latin Fusion combines Salsa, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, and Jazz Funk to Latin-inspired music. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and get moving. This class is for every body - no experience is necessary. 

Stretch & Flexibility (Adult) - Looking to improve your flexibility? Feeling sore and tight? The only way to prevent our muscles from stiffening is to actively and regularly stretch. Let us assist you in increasing your range of motion and overall mental health. No experience is necessary.  


A combination of Music and Movement is good for your mind, your body, and your soul. Dance helps to exercise your memory, keep your body active,  improve your coordination and balance, as well as being a social event.

Modern Dance Teacher

Hip Hop (Adult)  Hip hop is an urban street dance style that combines several different forms of movement that go with the beat and rhythm of hip hop music. Hip hop is a fun upbeat style that will get dancers moving and strengthen several muscle groups. Class is designed for everyone - no experience necessary.

Jazzercise (Adult) - This class combines the elements of jazz dancing with some basic cardio and strength training. Learn a new jazz dance routine each week and increase your strength with body weight and resistance training. Let's get stronger, dance and sweat together.

Ballet/Barre - Wednesday 5:45-6:30 pm

Latin Fusion - Wednesday 6:30-7:15 pm


Classes run for 4 weeks from October 4th till October 25th.   

$60.00 plus HST for 1 class per week or bring a friend and you each pay $50.00 plus HST 


Drop-In to any of our classes for $20.00 a class

We accept cash, cheque, credit, or e-transfer.
